The Clock Tower  
 

The Tepsi Minaret situated on the southwest corner of the citadel, was erected by the saltyqian Emirate Muzaffer Gazi in 1124-1132, according to the inscription under the gallery. It has a cylindirical shape built with bricks on a twocolour - rock pedestal built up yo do level of the city walls. There are geomatric adorments on the upper part over the gallery was destoryed. Later in the 19th Cedntury a gallery with timber material in baroque stayle was erected and a ball was installed. This is the oldest representative of minaret tradition in Anatolia erected during karahanli and great Seljuk periods.
