This structure was built by
Ruuern Pasha the vizier of Suleiman the mdgnificieni in the middle of
the XVI century. The rooms are located around a square court and behind
arched pillars. It has two floors. The upstairs consists of places in
the shape of upper halls. Both two floors are used as shops where Oltu
meer pieces are being mamfaclu-red. The other important inns in the
region are Kam-buroglu, Hacilar and Gum-riik caravanseraies.
